Pauletta, the heart and soul of our team, has a zeal for encouraging and empowering her clients. A 29 year veteran in the financial services industry, she launched her career in 1987 at Merrill Lynch in Tyler, Texas. Prior to co-founding Income Solutions Wealth Management in 2012, she was a Vice President with Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.

Transition Expertise Matters: In August, 2015, Pauletta embarked on a journey to further equip her in guiding her clients through major life transitions--inheritance, retirement, divorce, loss of a spouse, sale of a business. This one-of-a-kind program is developed by the Sudden Money Institute--the thought leaders in Financial Transitions Planning. Pauletta is a member of an elite global network of top advisors specifically skilled and trained to combine the fields of financial planning with cutting-edge research in psychology, sociology, and neuroscience of change.

As someone well-versed in the financial, as well as human, dynamics of change, Pauletta has the tools and expertise to act as her clients’ thinking partner in exploring possibilities.

“When it comes to major life transitions,” says Pauletta, “I want to provide my clients with expert guidance, a solid foundation, and safe passage from what was to what will be. I want my clients to look forward to the future with confidence, comfort, and excitement as they discover their Why, What, and How.

Pauletta holds Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial, as well as insurance licenses in various states. She is listed in the Lexington Who’s Who Registry, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the East Texas Estate Planning Council. One of her most rewarding endeavors is to volunteer as a Job Coach for Christian Women’s Job Corps of Tyler. Having spoken publicly to local women’s groups, Pauletta is known as a voice of encouragement: “I am passionately committed to being my clients’ diligent guide, keeping them safe and productive through the personal and financial storms of life-altering transitions.”

Pauletta and family have lived in East Texas since January, 1982. She is a grateful and proud mother of two married sons, one married daughter, and five beautiful grandchildren. Travel and music are favorite pastimes for Pauletta, who has served as a church accompanist since her teenage years. “My two lifelong travel goals are to visit every state in the U.S. and also to travel to Europe to experience as many historic cathedrals and pipe organs as possible!”
